This is why our projects for supporting fashion industry companies always include dedicated training programmes, either in the form of pre-defined or personalised courses that are provided either in person or via webinar.

Sustainability Manager: sustainable production in fashion and luxury is the title of the online training qualified by AICQ Sicev to create awareness and skills on the most relevant sustainability issues for the fashion & luxury sector.
The training, in Italian only, consists of 10 webinars of two and a half hours each, with expert teachers, as well as on a theoretical level, also in supporting companies in the fashion supply chain on the field.
For companies from the fashion supply chain that decide to begin a process of specific training on Chemical Management, a significant opportunity is represented by the ZDHC – Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals training programme.
Process Factory is the first ZDHC approved training provider, and regularly collaborates with the organisation for the development of new courses in Italian and English. Since 2016, it has been organising highly professional in-person and remote sessions in the most important Italian fashion districts at both basic and advanced levels. The international certificate of Chemical Manager issued directly by ZDHC on passing the final exam has a validity of two years.
4S FORUM is a program of brief update and training sessions designed to explore specific technical and regulatory topics and to represent ongoing trends in sustainable fashion.
These sessions, lasting from one to a maximum of three hours, can be either free or paid, delivered in person or remotely. They are structured in the form of debates, frontal training, or two-person interviews, in line with the experience of our live with 4sustainability!
As well as public sessions open to all companies, there is also the possibility for each individual organisation to structure private training – including ZDHC-accredited sessions – that are reserved exclusively for company staff and/or suppliers.
This is an opportunity which not only allows the training to be calibrated to specific goals, but also permits the involvement of company stakeholders, maximising the advantages that only a shared process can truly guarantee.
